Thanks for purchasing our services at shirleymonge.com, which is operated by The Craft Services. We offer refunds on any cancellations as outlined below.

If you are not completely satisfied with the services that you purchased from us, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from your purchase date. Simply contact us at smonge@thecraftservices.com to initiate the return process.

"Date of purchase" is defined as the date of initial deposit payment. Full refunds can be requested within 14 calendar days from this date.

To be eligible, services must be outright canceled or scheduling dates changed within this 14-day window. Once we receive your notice, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

After 14 days, prorated refunds may still be available based on the amount of customization effort already completed as documented at the latest milestone update between Company & Client (i.e., Discovery Call, Progress Report Delivery, etc.)
